Respond beyond the shoreline with roadside accidents, mountain rescue, and special mission profiles. Mountain rescue can take you to Alaskan glacier peaks or ranges across the lower 48, while Blackjack brings action-packed interception missions inside Washington, D.C. restricted airspace.

Scene assets: Custom assets such as vessels, life rafts, smoke, and fire make each scene feel active and believable.
Patient model: Cold-water exposure, delays in locating the scene, and airmanship all influence the patient’s vitals during the mission. Fly carefully or risk a deteriorating patient state.
