By accessing our website, joining our Discord, downloading, installing, or using EmergencyDispatcherPro (“EDPro”) builds, or otherwise participating in our community or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of majority, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent.
EDPro may be provided as pre-release, beta, or evaluation software. Pre-release builds are provided “as is” for testing and feedback. Features may change, be removed, break, or be discontinued at any time.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use EDPro on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.

EDPro uses backend services for features such as licensing, update checks, and application telemetry. EDPro sends limited application telemetry as a condition of use for quality, stability, tuning, and update planning, as described in our Privacy Policy. There is no in-app telemetry opt-out. If you do not agree, do not install or use EDPro.
Some builds or features may require periodic internet connectivity (for example, to validate access keys or obtain update information). If EDPro cannot reach required services, features may be limited or unavailable.
Access to pre-release builds may require a beta key or license key. Keys are personal and may be revoked at any time. We may limit activations or usage to prevent abuse and key sharing.
We may suspend or terminate access to EDPro or backend services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, attempted to bypass protections, engaged in abuse, or used EDPro in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of our systems.
You are responsible for content you post (for example, Discord messages, screenshots, videos, and bug reports). Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material. No harassment, doxxing, threats, hate, or targeted abuse.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your submitted content within the Services and official channels for support and community highlights. You retain ownership. You can request removal where feasible.

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms (e.g., Discord) and third-party products (e.g., Microsoft Flight Simulator). Their terms and privacy policies apply. Miravia Softworks is an independent developer and is not affiliated with Microsoft or Asobo.
EDPro is a flight simulation add-on intended for entertainment and hobby use. It is not a certified safety product and is not designed for real-world search and rescue, emergency response, aviation operations, or medical decision-making. Do not rely on EDPro for real-world operations. Any procedures or scenarios are simulated and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Any pricing, release timing, feature lists, or availability information is informational only and may change. Purchases (if offered) are subject to the applicable store/platform terms and refund policies where purchased.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems, add-ons, or simulator updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miravia Softworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €25.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use EDPro ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you retain any mandatory protections of your country of residence. Venue (where permitted): competent courts in Hesse, Germany.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., website notice, Discord announcement, or in-app notice).
